Parking facilities for people with disabilities
With a disabled person's pass, you can park free of charge in the West multi-storey car park in the special parking spaces at the front of each level. Please exchange your parking ticket for a free exit ticket before leaving the car park. You can obtain this from the APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH office on level 0 in the multi-storey car park or directly at the barrier. In the event car parks on the open-air site, please proactively show your disabled person's ID card to the ticket office staff on site so that you can enter the car park free of charge. Please also have your disabled badge ready when you leave the car park.
